How to find a tournament, register your team, and run your own bracket from the first request to the champion.
Find a tournament
Every tournament lives on the Tournaments page, one card each, ongoing ones first. Browsing needs no account.
Registration is open
Teams can ask to join and the organizer is still approving them. This is the only moment when a team can get in.
The tournament is running
The bracket or the schedule is generated and registrations are locked. Results appear as the organizer enters them.
It is over
The champion is on the card and the bracket stays online to read, with the standings and every score.
Search and filters
Search by tournament name or city, narrow down by country, region and city with the location picker, then filter by status: all, registration, ongoing, completed.
What a card tells you
The organizer poster, the status, the format, the entry fee or the free tag, the category and level when they are set, the venue and the date, the number of teams against the capacity, and the champion once it is over.
Register your team
Tournaments are played by teams of two. Joining is a request, and the organizer has the last word.
Have a team, and be its captain
You register a team, not yourself, and registering commits both players, so only the team captain can do it. Without a team, the registration panel offers to create one.
Send the request
Pick your team on the tournament page and press Request to join. It then shows as pending approval, and a declined team can ask again.
The organizer approves
Organizers see every pending request with the team and who asked, then approve or reject it. Approving registers the team, unless the tournament is already full.
Free, or paid on site
A tournament is free unless the organizer set an entry fee. Cash on site is settled with the organizer, and card payment online is announced as coming soon, not payable in the app yet.
Organise your own
Nothing stops you from running your own: a friendly eight team bracket, or a full weekend with pools and a knockout.
Who can create one
Any signed in player. Creating a tournament is a Premium feature, and Premium is included for everyone while the beta lasts. Whoever creates the tournament becomes its first organizer.
Seven formats
The format is picked at creation and drives everything after it: the pairings, the progression and the standings.
Single elimination
One loss and you are out. If the number of teams is not a power of two, the bracket is padded to the next one and the spare slots become byes.
Double elimination
A winner bracket, a loser bracket and a grand final: a first loss sends you down instead of home. It needs a power of two number of teams, so nobody gets a bye.
Round robin
Everyone plays everyone once. The standings rank teams by wins, and the tournament completes when the last match is in.
Pools + knockout
Pools in round robin, then a knockout bracket built from the qualified teams. You choose the pool size and how many teams advance per pool, and the qualified teams are spread so that pool winners meet late.
Swiss
A fixed number of rounds and no elimination. Each round is paired from the current standings, rematches are avoided, and an odd number of teams gives one bye per round.
Consolation
An elimination bracket plus a placement bracket, so a team knocked out keeps playing for its final ranking. It needs a power of two number of teams.
King of the Court
King of the Court as a gauntlet: the winner stays on and plays the next challenger, and teams are ranked by crowns.
Teams and sets
Capacity is picked from 2, 4, 8, 16 or 32 teams, and it is a cap: you can start with fewer. Matches are a single set, best of 3 or best of 5, which decides how many scores are entered per match.
Venue and date
Both are optional and can be changed later, but the venue is what puts your tournament on the city page and on the page of the club that has claimed that venue.
The showcase
A poster, a banner, a logo, a prize pool and podium prizes, a registration deadline, a start time, the category and level, the number of courts, your links and contacts, and your sponsors with their logos.
Seeds
Seeds follow the order teams are accepted: the first team in is seed 1. The bracket then places them the standard way, to keep the top seeds apart as long as possible.
Byes
In a single elimination bracket, a team facing an empty slot wins a bye and is moved to the second round automatically the moment the tournament starts.
Add or remove a team yourself
Organizers can search any team by name and add it directly, which is how registrations taken outside the app get in. A team can be removed as long as the tournament has not started.
Co-organizers
Search a player and give them organizer rights. Co-organizers get the same tools as you: approvals, teams, results and corrections.
Start it
Start tournament generates the bracket or the schedule, locks registrations and switches the status to ongoing. Two teams is the minimum, and double elimination or consolation refuse a count that is not a power of two.
During the tournament
Only organizers enter results. Everyone else follows the bracket as it fills up.
Enter a result
Enter result opens one score box per set, following the format you chose. The winner is deduced from the sets won, so tied sets are refused.
The bracket fills itself
Saving a result moves the winner into the next match, and in double elimination or consolation it drops the loser into the loser bracket at the same time.
Correcting a result
A recorded result can be entered again, with two guards: not once the following match has been played, and not for a pool match once the knockout is generated. In that case you correct the pool result, then regenerate the knockout.
Rounds and phases
A Swiss tournament gets a next round button that pairs the following round from the standings once the current one is done. Pools get a generate knockout button once every pool match is in.
Champion and completed
The final has no next match, so saving it crowns the champion and switches the tournament to completed by itself. A round robin completes when no match is left to play.
On the sand
Printable score sheets in A4 or A3 with a QR code to the live bracket, and a YouTube stream embedded on the page when the organizer adds one.
Tournaments and the ranking
Straight answer, because it is a fair question: a tournament match does not move your ranked level.
No effect on your ranking
Tournament matches are stored separately from ranked matches, and entering a tournament score never reaches the ranking engine. Only ranked games move your level, your tier and the leaderboards. A tournament win does not count for King of the Spot either.
They still count for something
Playing tournaments and winning one unlock achievements, and the tournament page keeps the bracket, the standings and the champion on record for good.

Up to three tournaments open for registration or ongoing, with a link to the full list.
Club pages
A club page has a Tournaments tab, listing the tournaments held at the venues that club has claimed. With no claimed venue, the tab stays empty.
City pages
A city page lists the tournaments open for registration or ongoing at the venues of that city.
